Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and motivated Personal Assistant to support the CEO of an international education company. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneur and senior leader in the education industry, gaining direct exposure to business operations, strategic decision-making, and international projects.

Position Details
- Full-time position, Monday - Saturday
- 30h/week. Flexible availability may occasionally be required
- Probation period - 3 months
- Start date - Middle June
- Type - Remote
- Contract type - Contractor

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the CEO
- Manage schedules, meetings, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communication
- Assist with travel planning, logistics, and event coordination
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes
- Support operational and organizational tasks across different projects
- Help track deadlines, priorities, and ongoing initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

- Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, and handle changing demands
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and proactively identify priorities and potential issues
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently and proactively solving problems
- Interest in business, education, and personal growth
