Administrative Assistant
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operational and administrative processes of an international education company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documents, spreadsheets, systems, and structured processes, and who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and reliability.
- The position involves supporting the team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks related to student services, academic operations, and internal workflows.
Position Details
- Full-time position, Monday - Saturday
- 30h/week. Flexible availability may occasionally be required
- Probation period - 3 months
- Start date - Middle June
- Type - Remote
- Contract type - Contractor

Key Responsibilities
- Provide organizational and technical support for internal processes
- Assist with tutoring coordination and scheduling
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks by team members
- Register students for standardized tests, exams, and academic programs
- Complete and review forms, applications, and administrative documentation
- Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Monitor operational processes and follow up on outstanding items
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across projects
- Handle sensitive information accurately and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- High level of reliability, responsibility, and accuracy
- Strong work ethic, professional attitude and ability to work consistently with detail-heavy tasks
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and task-tracking skills
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, forms, databases, and documents. Ability to quickly learn new digital tools and platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues
- Interest in education, operations, and process improvement
