Customer Success Manager
Overview
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support students and families throughout their educational journey with Hermiona Education.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving complex problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and helping families navigate important educational decisions.
- The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, tutors, mentors, schools, and the leadership team to ensure an exceptional client experience and successful educational outcomes.
This is not a traditional customer support role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, take ownership, anticipate client needs, and act as a trusted partner to families.
Working Style & Availability
This is a client-facing role that requires responsiveness, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
Candidates should have meaningful overlap with US East Coast business hours and be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment where priorities may shift and client needs often require proactive attention.
Position Details
- Remote
- Contractor position
- Approximately 30–35 hours per week
- Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday support during busy periods or special projects
- 3-month probation period
- Preferred start date: July 2026

Key Responsibilities
Family & Student Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned families
- Develop a deep understanding of each student's goals, strengths, challenges, and educational plans
- Ensure families remain informed, supported, and engaged throughout their journey with the company
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns before they become problems
Educational Service Coordination
- Coordinate tutoring schedules, mentoring programs, admissions support, and educational services
- Work closely with tutors, mentors, consultants, and internal team members to ensure a high level of service
- Monitor student progress and help ensure educational plans remain on track
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communication between all stakeholders
- Support implementation of educational strategies developed by the academic team
Client Success & Account Growth
- Support onboarding of new families
- Monitor client satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, programs, or support when appropriate
- Help maintain strong retention and long-term relationships
- Contribute to revenue growth through excellent client service and relationship management
Operational Coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Track deadlines, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare progress updates, reports, and planning documents
- Ensure important tasks and commitments do not fall through the cracks
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
- Experience in customer success, account management, client relations, educational consulting, admissions consulting, hospitality, or other relationship-driven environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without detailed instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- High level of professionalism, reliability, emotional intelligence, and discretion
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple students, families, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence working with international families and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Interest in education and helping students achieve ambitious goals
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be considered a strong advantage:
- Educational consulting
- Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Hospitality or luxury service environments
- Project Management
- Sales
- International service experience
