Customer Success Manager
Overview
We are looking for a proactive, independent, and highly organized Customer Success Manager to support families throughout their educational journey with our company. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, can take ownership without detailed instructions, and is able to build processes, solve problems, and manage client relationships with a high level of professionalism.
- The position involves direct communication with international families, coordination of educational services, and collaboration with tutors, mentors, schools, and internal teams.
Position Details
- Full-time position, Monday - Saturday
- 30h/week. Flexible availability may occasionally be required
- Probation period - 3 months
- Start date - Middle June
- Type - Remote
- Contract type - Contractor

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families
- Monitor account development and identify opportunities to recommend additional services and programs
- Support sales, onboarding, and long-term client retention
- Provide proactive guidance and ensure families stay informed about timelines, milestones, and next steps
- Prepare and share reports, planning documents, and progress updates in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate tutoring schedules, academic support, and educational services in collaboration with tutors, mentors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service
- Track priorities, deadlines, and client-related processes
- Handle client communication in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Support the improvement and organization of internal workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Experience in sales, customer success, or client relations; experience in educational consulting would be considered a plus
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively without detailed instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments
- Ability to anticipate client needs, proactively identify issues, and maintain a high level of client service
- High level of reliability, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client cases simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence working with international families
- Interest in education and long-term professional growth
